Do you accept returns or exchanges?Yes, with prior approval. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

What if my order arrives damaged?If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately of the packaging and contents. These photos are needed to file a claim. Contact me right away.

How do you package your artwork to ensure it arrives safely?I take great care in packaging my artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Corners are reinforced, and extra protective materials are added as needed.
