  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Yes, with prior approval. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately of the packaging and contents. These photos are needed to file a claim. Contact me right away.
  • How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
    Requests must be made within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Do I need to pay for return shipping?
    Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Do you offer refunds or store credit?
    I offer refunds once the return is approved and received.
  • Are there any items that are final sale?
    Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Yes! I ship worldwide. However, orders outside of the continental U.S. may require additional shipping charges, which will be determined based on the destination.

    My goal is to have orders shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • How do you package your artwork to ensure it arrives safely?
    I take great care in packaging my artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Corners are reinforced, and extra protective materials are added as needed.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    All orders are shipped unless prior arrangements are made. If you’re interested in local pickup, please contact me before purchasing.
  • Do you provide tracking information?
    Yes! Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
