At The Oddest Owl, shipping within the continental US is factored into the cost of each product so you don't need to worry about it. We are happy to ship outside of the continental US, however additional shipping charges will apply. Please use the contact form to reach out about international shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy
At The Oddest Owl, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We believe that transparent policies build trust and confidence, and we are committed to providing you with a positive experience.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to setup a return. Return shipping charges are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received back in the original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued.
At The Oddest Owl, we do our very best to make sure each piece of work is packaged as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives safely. If, however, your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately of the damaged packaging and item as they will be needed to process the claim.
